Spring has sprung! Welcome back to Everglades!!

2016 Operating Fees Overdue

1st and 2nd payments are now overdue.

Hydro and Gate clickers will be disconnected for any User Area that has outstanding 2015 arrears, unpaid January hydro invoices, and or outstanding January and March Fee payments.

Reconnection fees of $65.00 for hydro and $45.00 for clickers will be applied to the User Area account prior to service being restored.

Washroom Update

Main Washroom only will open April 15, 2016. All washrooms will open May 15.

Playground Equipment

Will receive another coat of paint and the shelter covers will be installed in the next couple of weeks.

New Playground and Kubota!!

Have you seen the new playground equipment recently installed at Everglades?! This was only but a dream 18 months ago when board members first went to check pricing. This Sept the display model price had droped ~$13k! The equipment purchase was paid from money donated by the Social Auxilliary over the past 2 years.

A new Kubota RTXV has been purchased to replace the old maintenance golf cart that has served the resort over the past 6 years but needed costly repairs. Thanks to Brent Sellers for his contact that saved us ~$3k on this purchase!

Great Family Day Weekend!

We hope you all enjoyed this year's Family Day festivities at Everglades Resort!! We couldn't have asked for better weather to close off another great summer season! A big public thank you to all the many volunteers who helped make Sunday a special day, and to the board for all their work in coordinating another successful event.
